Peek 4D Ultrasound, LLC. The acquiring company promises to continue
operations as normal and to expand ultrasound business.

-- San Bernardino county pregnancy giant Pampered Pregnancy announced
today that they have concluded the sale of the company to the San Diego
based Sneek Peek 4D Ultrasound, LLC. (www.SNEEKPEEKUS.com) and
announces their operating intentions under new ownership.
Sneek Peek tells the pregnancy community that they will continue to be
a viable resource for mothers to-be by continuing to provide Prenatal
Massage, Child Birthing Classes, and Big Brother/Sister Programs. In
addition to these services the company said they will continue their
efforts to becoming an elective ultrasound presence in the Inland
Empire and is committed to becoming the 3D/4D Ultrasound power in all
Southern California.
"We are excited about the acquisition," says Sneek Peek president David
Diaz, "and we believe that there is a great opportunity to expand our
presence as the finest 3D Ultrasound Center around. Our Ultrasound

The company will change their legal name effective immediately to Sneek
Peek 4D Ultrasound, LLC but will continue to operate their education
and massage services under the trade name of Pampered Pregnancy and
Beyond. The company has launched their new website
(www.SNEEKPEEKUS.com) and is currently seeking industry partners to
link to.
Sneek Peek indicates that they plan on remaining at their
Upland/Ontario location and have no immediate plans to change their
physical location.
